Statutory columns, current rates
Earnings, allowances, deductions, taxable pay, PAYE, SSNIT Tier 1 and Tier 2 are calculated with the rate tables in effect for the period. Rate changes apply to new periods only.

Locked, exportable, auditable
Once a cycle is approved the register is locked. Every later correction is recorded as a change with the user, time and reason, and the register exports to Excel or PDF without reformatting.
