The service providers Softra engages to host, deliver, and support the platform.

Softra engages the categories of sub-processors below to provide the platform. Each is bound by a written agreement that limits use of data to delivering its service to Softra and requires appropriate security measures.

Notice of changes
Customers with an active subscription can subscribe to sub-processor change notices by emailing privacy@softraglobal.com. We aim to give at least 30 days' notice before a new sub-processor starts processing Customer Data, so customers can raise a reasonable objection.
