Our commitment
We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices when building the Softra product and website, so that HR, payroll, and recruitment tools are usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is part of our design and engineering work, not an afterthought.
Accessibility features
Across the product and marketing site we work toward:
- Keyboard navigation for primary flows.
- Visible focus states on interactive controls.
- Clear contrast between text and background.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Form labels associated with their inputs.
- Semantic structure and headings to support screen readers where supported.
- Alternative text on meaningful images.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we ship new features and update existing screens, we keep refining keyboard, screen-reader, and mobile experience. If you notice something that could be better, we want to hear about it.
