A payroll register with PAYE and SSNIT built in
Softra Payroll calculates PAYE and SSNIT contributions inside the pay run, so the register, payslips and statutory reports all come from the same figures.
What it does
Each pay run produces a register that shows gross pay, allowances, statutory deductions and net pay for every employee on the run. PAYE bands and SSNIT rates are applied by the system rather than maintained in a spreadsheet.
Why it matters
When the register, the payslips and the statutory schedules are produced from one calculation, there is nothing left to reconcile between them at the end of the month.
