You will work on the parts of Softra that HR, payroll and finance leaders see in demos, and the parts their teams use every day. The bar for both is high.
What you will own
- Own design for a Softra module
- Partner with product and engineering from problem to production
- Contribute to the design system that keeps the platform coherent
- Bring craft to enterprise software that usually settles for less
What we look for
- Six or more years designing software people rely on at work
- A portfolio that shows both taste and rigor
- Comfort defending choices in front of executives
Nice to have
- Prior work on HR, finance or ops products
