About the role
People analytics only earns trust when the leader who opens it can answer their own question. You will own the surface where that trust is built.
What you will own
- Own the roadmap for Softra People Analytics
- Partner with customers to identify the four or five dashboards that matter most
- Balance the pull between HR, finance and executive audiences
- Ship features that shorten time from question to answer
What we look for
- Four or more years in product, at least one on analytics, BI or reporting
- Strong sense for what leaders will actually open twice
- Comfort partnering with data engineering
Nice to have
- Experience with HR data or people analytics
