Product Engineer, HR Platform
Build the platform that HR teams open every day to run people operations.
About the role
The HR platform is the surface most Softra customers touch first. You will work on the primitives, records, workflows, permissions, that every other module depends on.
What you will own
- Ship customer-facing HR features from design to release
- Design data models with the platform team that will live for years
- Partner with design on flows customers rely on daily
- Improve the quality of what we ship through testing, observability and on-call practice
What we look for
- Four or more years of production experience
- Strong React and TypeScript on the front end, comfort with our back-end stack
- A high bar for correctness and a preference for shipping small
Nice to have
- Experience on a B2B SaaS platform used by large organizations
